A delightful concertina cloth book that also works as a frieze in a cot too.  Colourful on one side for the slightly older baby whose ability to focus has developed and on the reverse the animals are in black and white so even the tiniest baby can enjoy.

Synopsis

A cot book for use with babies from birth onwards. Designed to provide visual stimulation, it entirely folds out concertina-style to a double-sided frieze which can be fixed to the inside of a cot using the Velcro tabs attached.

About The Author

Fiona Watt graduated from Exeter University with a B.Ed. (Hons.), specialising in Psychology and Art and Design. After university she worked as a researcher and writer for a company which published educational material for places where children went on school visits (zoos, museums, stately homes etc). She then taught seven, eight and nine year olds for five years; three years at a state school in Sevenoaks in Kent, and two years at The British School in the Netherlands in The Hague.

Having joined Usborne in 1989, in 2003 Fiona became an editorial director, largely responsible for writing baby and novelty books, and art and activity titles. She has have written over 100 titles for Usborne Publishing, perhaps most notably the, ‘That’s not my ….‘ touchy-feely series..

Fiona lists her proudest achievement as being shortlisted for the Children's book of the year in the Galaxy awards in 2008.
