Mick Manning & Brita Granstrom

Specialising in fun, lively non-fiction picture books, Mick Manning and Brita Granstrom have perfected their unique approach to children's books over eighteen years. Sharing the illustrations between them and mixing up words and pictures in all sorts of inventive and delightful ways they have won many awards, including the Smarties Silver Award and the English Association Award. Mick and Brita are married with four young sons. They spend their time between the north of England and Brita's homeland of Sweden. Their other books for Frances Lincoln include the Fly on the Wall series, Yuck!, Snap!, Dino-Dinners, Taff in the WAAF, Tail-End Charlie, Woolly Mammoth and What Mr Darwin Saw.
